This text has been written for a one-semester (13 week) Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) course, aimed at second year undergraduate level software engineering courses. It uses cases, case diagrams, activity diagrams, business-level class diagrams, corresponding interaction diagrams and state machine diagrams.
